We felt major admiration for Marilena Pintea who sent in a photo of her upholstery project. Not one chair or sofa but a whole dining room set! As Marilena says, "the fabric I have brought from you is lovely. It's strength and softness makes it the perfect fabric for upholstery. Thank you again for the good quality fabrics you work with". Barbara Heath from Staffordshire sent us these lovely photos of a bedspread and pillow set made from Fibre Naturelle purple check FM3379. A matching stripe is also available FM3378 and the lovely 100% cotton fabric also comes in other colourways.

When Sissy Wild saw these glorious fabrics in Fabric Mills Cirencester she immediately knew that they would be perfect for vintage style eiderdowns. Sissy's creativity is constantly being fired by the fabrics and patterns she finds, inspiring her to create wonderful accessories for the home which she sells each week at Greenwhich Market in London.
Matching pretty florals with tailored stripes on the underside, a pretty trefoil stiched pattern on both sides and with intricate frilled edging, these luxurious Old England feather and down filled cotton eiderdowns not only add a stunning finish to any bedroom but also likely to become a family heirloom.

Melrose Pomegranate (FMM 3346) with co-ordinating red and green stripe on the underside
Melrose Elephant (FMM 3345) with a co-ordinating pink and grey stripe on the underside
Secret Garden by Ashley Wilde (FMM 2728) with a co-ordinating blue and white stripe (FMM 2717) on the underside
Each eiderdown has a cambric lining which is closely woven to prevent any feathers from escaping. They measure 53" x 63" and costs £260.

Most people think oilcloth is just for the kitchen but customer Lucy Loquette from Cirencester had other ideas when she saw some lime green spotty PVC in our Cirencester shop. She designed this beautiful raincoat which she then had made up by local seamstress Amy Cook. Fabric Mills carry a large stock of PVC coated fabric on the roll from £12.50 per metre.
