We have a huge range of designer curtain materials available to look at on this website or drop into one of our shops where our welcoming staff will be happy to guide you.

If you have your measurements to hand why not call one of our shops,Monmouth 01600 775531, Cirencester 01285 643111 or Bath 01225 471167 and one of our staff will be happy to give you a quote over the phone.

Or, if you prefer, you can email your measurements to sales@fabricmills.co.uk

Tip: If you are measuring for blinds think first whether the blind is to be in a recess or not. Take measurements vertically from top to bottom and in the centre. Do the same horizontally measuring across the top, the middle and the bottom.

Tip: When thinking about curtains, do choose the heading you would like before ringing for a quote as different headings require different amount of fabrics. Think about whether you want to have the curtains drawn back off the window or whether you like them hanging at the side.

If you have a narrow space either side of your window the wave headingis a great choice as it folds very neatly into a small space. It is also possible to have the curtains made so they only draw to one side. Take a look at the Italian strung design for an elegant solution to arched windows and folding doors.

 Measuring existing fittings.

 1. Measure the width of the track or pole

2. If you want the track to be visible when you draw the curtains measure from the hook or ring to the point where you want the curtains to finish.

If you don't want to see the track or pole measure from the top of the track or pole to where you want the curtains to finish ( eg the windowsill or floor)

This is what some our customers say about us:

I would just like to say thank you, the curtains are wonderful. We were concerned about the material,  we knew there was no question on the quality, it was just whether we had made the right choice. I am pleased to say we had and each room looks superb and matches the wall colour and décor just as we had intended. The curtains themselves are beautifully made, they hang well and the length is perfect. Simon was excellent in fitting the tracks and curtains, he was careful, conscientious and spent time getting it just right. All in all we are over the moon with the result.

Thanks again, Mr and Mrs R.Penarth

I'm writing to thank you and your staff for the excellent service you gave in arranging for our window seats and the excellent roman blinds for the bedroom and kitchen. The latter are particularly good and the help you gave in selecting the material was most welcome. I'm absolutely delighted both with the finish and with the advice given by you and your colleagues in the Monmouth shop.

Many thanks Dr J P, Tregagle
